Born in Rio de Janeiro, she has roots in the indigenous culture of the Amazon, Africa and Portugal. Her relationship with dance started early, she studied various dance genres such as jazz and afro and has travelled and taught in many countries around the world such as North America, Japan, Cuba and Venezuela in groups of traditional Brazilian dances.
A member of the Conscious Dance Movement, she shares her genuine gratitude for life and her gifts as a Movement Facilitator for the past 22 years.
Cristina inspires her students to reveal their unique gifts and live in a space of passion and authenticity. She helps us το build harmony between body, mind and soul to activate a higher frequency that helps us face our daily challenges.
