1st video Dance Competition

Select in which categories you want to join and fill the application form. You can choose as many categories as you like. For every category you must fill a new application form.

After submitting your application, we will contact you to confirm your participation and provide details regarding payment. Please check the participation fees for each category here.

You can record your choreography from wherever you are for the categories you have declared! Don't forget to read the video rules and the general rules. Mind the video time limits! The videos must be submitted by 22/02/24.

To participate, send your video by 22/02/24. You can send your videos in any way you prefer. We recommend using WeTransfer by sending them to the email dancelinkgr@gmail.com. Don't forget to include the participation number that will be provided to you.

The videos will be judged from 23/02/24 to 29/02/24 by distinguished judges. You can view the judges for each dance category by selecting 'Adjudicators' in the corresponding category menu.

The results will be announced after 29/02/24. There will be a relevant announcement.

*Terms and conditions for cash prizes
1) For Group categories Modern, Hip Hop, Contemporary, a minimum of 7 teams is required for the €400 prize. If there are 5-6 teams, the amount is adjusted to €250 per team. For fewer than 5 entries, there will be no cash prize.
2) For Group categories Oriental, Ballet, Commercial, Heels, a minimum of 8 teams is required for the €400 prize. If there are 6-7 teams, the amount is adjusted to €250 per team. For fewer than 6 entries, there will be no cash prize.
3) For Solo categories excluding Pole, a minimum of 10 entries is required for the €100 prize. For 5-9 entries, the prize is adjusted to €50. For fewer than 5 entries, there will be no cash prize.
4) For Pole Dance, the prize for group performance is €200, and a minimum of 12 teams is required.
5) For Solo categories in Pole Dance, a minimum of 15 entries is required for the €100 prize.
6) For Salsa-Bachata categories, the cash prize will be €150 and will be awarded to the best choreography if there are more than 30 participants. If there are 20-30 participants, the cash prize is adjusted to €75.

Sponsors and the prizes they will offer per category will be announced soon.

The winners will be featured on the dancelinkgr social media. Posts will be made about the winning dancers and schools.

All participants, whether registered members of dancelink.gr or new members, will have a participation certification badge added to their profile. Furthermore, the winners will have a corresponding badge highlighting their position.
Although dancelink.gr has been operational only since January 2023, it has gained significant visibility and ranks highly on various Google Greek search terms such as 'dance teachers,' 'dance workshops,' 'dance competitions,' ' Latin parties,' and more.

Schools whose entries receive the highest scores will have an upgraded profile on dancelink.gr for free. Additionally, they will appear higher in the school listings, and there will be related posts on social media.

Selected choreographies from the winners will be performed live as guest artists in the next competition in front of a paying audience!

All participants will receive a participation certificate in the biggest online dance event of the year!
